Buy consumer magazines at the local level. 08/19/2004
One of the biggest challenges to advertisers wanting to advertise in consumer magazines is the inability to select markets. Echo has the solution. We offer two unique ways of addressing this issue: One way is through Time, Inc. publications, which are offered at the market or DMA level if advertisers purchase certain magazines in an entire category of publications. Those categories include: Executive, Home, MenStyle, News, Luxury and Family. The second way of addressing this challenge is to purchase magazines that are specific to a market or state. Throughout the United States there are a growing number of titles that fit the bill. These are subscriber-based consumer magazines that reach a defined customer base, and thus, represent an excellent opportunity for an advertiser with less than national scope to test the magazine channel.
